Kettlebell Kickboxing parent meeting!
Join us on Monday, February 1st at 7:30 PM for a virtual fitness session with Angie, NLHA member and Kettlebell Kickboxing Instructor. Also certified with CanFitPro and experienced in teaching fitness on-line.
What is KBKB? It’s the Russian kettlebell fused with martial art motion plus sport science for a fun and efficient workout. We include resistance training with ballistic force and mobility movements to train the posterior chain! This combats all those inevitable hours of sitting in which we daily engage.
What You Need:
- a weight (like a kettlebell, dumbbell, or sealed water jug for example) but if you don't, I got you covered!
- mat, towel, or soft surface
- water
If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, follow all my modification instructions and be sure to go at your own pace. No worries!
If you put your camera on, I can provide feedback on your form.

After the workout, we'll split into breakout rooms to visit for a bit.
